      Artwork Requirements

      Please upload the best-quality artwork available, ideally a vector PDF, AI or EPS file, or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. If these formats aren't available, please upload the best file you have.

      All artwork is checked for production suitability.

      Artwork Preparation Fee – £20: This fee applies only when customer-supplied artwork requires additional work, such as removing backgrounds, correcting poor-quality images, recreating logos or preparing unsuitable files for production etc.

      No artwork preparation fee applies if your file is already suitable for production. Any additional charge will be explained and agreed with you before work begins.

      Embroidery digitising is a separate process and may incur its own setup fee.
